1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "million8", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the million8 platform accessible at https://million8.lat.
• "Platform" means the million8 website, mobile interface, and any related digital services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any registered user of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance held within your million8 Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by million8 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by million8.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform or completing registration, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively form a legally binding agreement between you and million8.

million8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register a million8 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. million8 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in line with responsible gaming principles applicable in Malaysia.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, or contractor of million8 or any of its affiliates.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from million8 or had an Account closed by million8 for breach of these Terms.

million8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Acceptable documents include a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or valid government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension or fund withholding.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. million8 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login details.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
• Notify million8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
• Not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• Not allow minors (persons under 21) access to your Account or to the Platform through your devices.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the million8 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of locally preferred payment methods, including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on your chosen payment method.
• million8 does not impose fees on deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days following completion of KYC verification.
• million8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding RM 5,000.
• Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.
• Funds sourced from Bonus promotions are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

million8 offers various promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal campaigns. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any withdrawal is permitted. Individual promotions will specify the applicable multiplier.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly permitted.
• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any unclaimed or unwagered Bonus Funds remaining after expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• million8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through hedging strategies, coordinated play, or other methods deemed abusive by million8 may result in forfeiture and Account suspension.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games available on the million8 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, poker, and boxing betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing in real time.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed by the Platform.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, million8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Wallets.
• For sportsbook and boxing betting, odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• million8reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time if integrity concerns arise.

8. Responsible Gaming

million8 is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gambling activity.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the Platform per session.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will not receive any promotional communications from million8.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from gambling by placing your Account on a temporary hold for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

million8 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request documentary evidence at any point. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the million8 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and multimedia materials — is the intellectual property of million8 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from million8.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar software to extract data from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the million8 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.

10. Privacy & Data

million8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that document.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no digital transmission or storage system is entirely secure, and million8 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law or to fulfil contractual obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, million8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to safeguard credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by million8 in accordance with published game rules.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions.

In all cases, million8's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the million8 Platform. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multiplayer games.
• Using software exploits, bugs, or undocumented features to gain an advantage over the Platform or other Players.
• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after winnings have been received.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographical or regulatory restrictions.
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under 21 years of age.

13. Termination

million8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, returned to the Player following satisfactory conclusion of that investigation.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding balance that has cleared Wagering Requirements will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

14. Amendments

million8 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to registered Players where practicable. The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is stated.

It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which million8 is operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including Malaysia.
